Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Modified Series to Co-Sanction Open Wheel Modified Portion of Dirt Track World Championship at Eldora Speedway
ROSSBURG, OHIO (July 8, 2023)- Officials with the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Series are pleased to announce that the series will co-sanction along with the UMP DIRTcar Modifieds the Open Wheel Modified portion of Carl Short’s 43rd Annual General Tire Dirt Track World Championship presented by Automotive Racing Products (ARP) taking place October 19-21 at Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, OH.
This event will serve as the championship points finale for the both the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified (UMP DIRTcar) Northern Series and the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Southern Series and will pay $5,000-to-win the feature event on Friday October 20.
The Open Wheel Modified portion of the 43rd Annual Dirt Track World Championship at Eldora Speedway will begin on Thursday October 19 and will feature the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Northern and Southern Series in a program of E-Z-GO Time Trials, Heat Races, and Impact Race Gear B-Main events, along with a full program of racing for the Eldora Super Stocks paying $1,000-to-win.
On Friday October 20, the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Northern and Southern Series along with the UMP DIRTcar Modifieds will contest their feature event portion of the 43rd Annual Dirt Track World Championship that will pay $5,000 to win and also the series champions for both the Northern and Southern Series of the Brucebilt Performance Parts Iron-Man Open Wheel Modified Series will be crowned. Also in action on Friday October 20 will be Steel Block Late Model Time Trials, Heat Races, and B-Mains along with the opening night of Super Late Model action for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series with their Time Trials and Heat Race events.
The 43rd Annual Dirt Track World Championship concludes on Saturday October 21 with the $5,000 to win Steel Block Late Model Championship feature event, along Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series B-Mains, the Jim Dunn Memorial Non-Qualifier event, and will culminate with the $100,000-to-win 43rd Annual Dirt Track World Championship feature event for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series, which will also see the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series champion crowned.
